Echoes for hospitality

Help your front desk speak with guests in 15 languages.

The proposed pilot places one QR code at reception or in each room. A guest scans, your staff answers, and both sides speak naturally in their own language.

Your staff answer. Echoes translates. Guests speak with a real member of your team.

Proposed design-partner workflow

A guest scans once and reaches your team.

The guest opens the QR link, chooses the language they speak, and calls your team from the browser.

01

Display a permanent QR

The pilot will use the same branded link at the front desk, in rooms, or in pre-arrival messages.

02

Ring the available team

The planned workflow rings up to three registered staff devices without exposing a personal phone number.

03

Talk human to human

The live call translation already lets two people hear their own language, with captions for clarity.

Everyday hotel moments

Your staff handle the guest. Echoes handles translation.

01

Check-in details

Explain breakfast, checkout, deposits, and property information clearly.

02

Guest requests

Handle luggage, maintenance, room changes, taxis, and local recommendations.

03

After-hours help

Let the on-duty employee answer from a registered device without sharing a personal number.

AI translation can make mistakes. Echoes is not a certified interpreter and must not be used for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical communication.

Hotel pilot FAQ

Pilot scope, pricing, and safety.

Does a guest need to install an app?

No. In the proposed pilot, a guest scans the hotel’s Echoes QR code, opens a secure browser page, chooses the language they speak, and calls the team.

Does an AI concierge answer the guest?+

No. The pilot is designed to connect the guest with a real member of staff and translate the conversation between them. It removes the language barrier without removing the person.

Can more than one staff member receive a call?+

The hospitality pilot is designed to ring up to three registered staff devices. The first available team member answers.

Can Echoes replace a certified interpreter?+

No. It is intended for everyday guest-service conversations such as check-in, directions, baggage, breakfast, or maintenance requests. Use a qualified interpreter for high-stakes medical, legal, financial, or safety matters.

What does the hospitality pilot cost?+

Pilot pricing is $49 per location each month and includes 200 translated minutes. Early design partners can apply before general availability.
